Cancellation - Exchange

All products you order are carefully checked and carefully packaged.

In cases where you think that the defect in the product is due to production, you can send the product to us with its invoice for our quality control unit to examine it. You can contact our “Customer Representative” on +90 532 408 28 44 to learn the results of such examinations.

In exchange transactions, the shipping fee belongs to the customer. If you send the exchange product to us with our contracted cargo company YURTİÇİ KARGO, you can send your cargo by paying a more affordable price.

Cancellation Transactions

You can cancel the order you placed on our Online Store until 16:00 on the same business day. You can send your order cancellation request to +90 532 408 28 44 or to [email protected] e-mail address by stating your name, surname and order number.

Exchange Procedures

You must send the product you will be exchanging and your return/exchange request on the Invoice we sent you;
