ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product or service ordered by the Recipient through the Seller's www.nurtugramoda.com website ("Website") in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT INFORMATION
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, sales price and payment information of the products subject to the order are specified below:

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY OF THE ORDER
4.1. The product is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within the specified period after the order is approved.
4.2. Delivery will be made through the Seller's contracted cargo company. The cargo fee is covered by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.
4.3. The Buyer is responsible for checking the product received. A report must be drawn up for products that are found to be damaged during transportation and the product must not be received.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product.

5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing or by e-mail.

5.3. The product returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be complete, unused and in resalable condition.

5.4. The returned product must be sent to the return address specified by the Seller, the shipping fee being the responsibility of the Buyer.

5.5. In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product price will be refunded by the method the Buyer used to make the payment within 14 days at the latest following the completion of the return process.

ARTICLE 6 - CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:

Products produced in accordance with the Buyer's requests or personalized,
Products in the underwear and accessory category for hygiene reasons,
Products that have been used, have removed their labels or cannot be resold,
Products that deteriorate quickly or have expired.
ARTICLE 7 - SELLER'S RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES
7.1. The Seller is obliged to deliver the ordered product within 30 days at the latest from the date of order.
7.2. The Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer in case of delays due to force majeure or transportation obstacles.
7.3. If a product that is not in stock or cannot be supplied is ordered, the Seller has the right to cancel the order or offer an alternative product by informing the Buyer.

ARTICLE 8 - RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In disputes that may arise between the parties, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized according to the value declared by the Ministry of Trade.

ARTICLE 9 - ENFORCEMENT
By completing the order, the Buyer declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the terms specified in this contract.
