NURTUĞRA MODA MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. Parties
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded electronically between Ankara-based Nurtuğra Moda (“Company”) and the user (“Member”) who creates a membership via www.nurtugramoda.com (“Website”), within the framework of the terms and conditions set forth below.

2. Subject
This Agreement has been prepared for the purpose of the Member becoming a member of the Website, benefiting from the services we offer, and regulating the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Membership Terms and Obligations
3.1. The Member declares that the information provided while becoming a member of the Website is accurate. In the event of misleading or incomplete information, the Company has the right to cancel the membership.
3.2. The Member agrees to benefit from the services offered on the Website for personal use only. Use for commercial purposes is prohibited.
3.3. The Member undertakes to act in accordance with the current legislation and ethical rules in all transactions made on the Website.
3.4. The Member cannot share membership information with third parties. Username and password security is the responsibility of the Member.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Company
4.1. The Company has the right to change, stop or terminate the services it offers through the Website at any time.

4.2. The Company has the right to monitor the Member's transactions on the site and to take necessary interventions if an unlawful situation is detected.

4.3. The Company undertakes to protect the Member's personal data within the scope of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law).

5. Termination of Membership
5.1. The Member has the right to cancel the membership at any time. Membership cancellation request can be made through the Website or customer services.

5.2. The Company has the right to suspend or completely terminate the membership if the Member acts contrary to this Agreement.

6. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
6.1. The Member accepts that the personal information provided by the Member when registering to the Website will be processed within the scope of the privacy policy determined by the Company.

6.2. The Company undertakes not to share the Member's personal data with third parties except for legal obligations.

7. Contract Changes
7.1. The Company has the right to make changes to this Agreement when it deems necessary. The changes made will be announced to the Member via the Website and will enter into force.

8. Applicable Law and Authority
8.1. This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
8.2. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction in all disputes that may arise between the parties.

9. Enforcement
The Member declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all articles of this Agreement by registering to the Website.
